Money means different things to different people. And what colors our attitudes toward it, or what we want from it, is a highly personal thing. For many, money can be a difficult subject to discuss, and the choices you have to make about it can be overwhelming.
That's why, at Hartman Financial Inc., we make it our priority to get to know you as a person. We realize that there is no shortage of financial products. In many respects, product selection is the easier task. Designing a strategy that will help you pursue your financial goals can often be more challenging.
Your financial situation is unique. Only you know exactly what your goals are for today and for the future. This is why we design and implement customized strategies based on your specific needs.
Initial meeting. Our process begins with us gaining an understanding of your needs, attitudes, and goals. Gathering this information gives you and us a very clear starting point. It's also important at this stage that we begin to develop a comfort level with one another. Finally, we will answer your questions and define what steps need to be taken in order to put a solid plan in place.
Financial analysis. Using your financial data (assets, liabilities, cashflow, risk tolerance), we begin the analysis that becomes the mortar in building your financial program. We may meet a number of times during this phase to review various alternatives and recommendations. We'll review existing products and programs and determine their place in your financial future.
Financial solutions. If appropriate, we will offer products that address a financial need uncovered during the analysis phase. Often, some combination of mutual funds, individual stocks, bonds, annuities, or life insurance may be utilized in your program. Basically, products are simply a means to an end. Much of our emphasis and focus is on developing and prioritizing the appropriate strategies.
Implementation. We guide you through implementation. The best financial program is worthless unless it is implemented.
Review. Once your program is implemented, it's important that we meet on a regular basis to review your progress and make adjustments if necessary.
In essence, our process helps you make better informed decisions.
